A bookkeeper keeps your day-to-day financial records accurate and up to date: recording transactions, reconciling bank and card accounts, and preparing reports. An accountant typically uses those records to prepare year-end accounts and tax returns. Good bookkeeping makes your accountant’s job quicker and easier, and gives you a clear picture of your business all year round, not just at year end.
We work with Xero and QuickBooks. If you’re not using either yet, or your current setup isn’t working for you, our Xero / QuickBooks Setup service gets you up and running properly from the start.

Yes. Quarterly VAT returns are included in all of our monthly packages, from Essential upwards, so you can stay on top of your deadlines without the last-minute rush.
Our monthly packages start from the prices shown, and the final fee depends on the size and complexity of your business, such as how many transactions you have each month. We’ll always agree a clear price with you before any work begins.
Of course. We’ll work with you to gather everything we need and make the handover as smooth as possible, so there’s no disruption to your business.
